so, I'm 95% finished with the manual tranny swap and I filled up the MC with brake fluid. check. double checked the hardline. check. called my buddy over to help me bleed the pedal. he pushes it in and it just hits the floor and stays.. ('cuz of the spring on the pedal). so I ask him to pump it by hand and pull it back up. still nothing, the fluid level doesn't drop. so I checked the pin on the pushrod for the MC and it's fine. opened up the bleeder on the slave and a little air pushes out but no fluid and no fluid level change either. could my hardline be clogged?
thanks

Did you bench bleed the MC, sometimes there could be air in it. Did you remove the dampening system? That could sometimes be a pain to bleed.

what is bench bleeding? guess that's an obvious no... and yes I removed the dampening system.. ran the hard line right to the rubber from the slave

Popular consensus: bench bleed and then just keep bleeing the line after that?

you just need to keep on bleeding there is a lot of air in your system, cause it was dry.
