If what you hit to lock the doors is a button that makes an electrical contact, then you have power locks that you can hook up to a keyless entry system. When I installed a keyless entry system in my 200sx, I just spliced the alarm into these lock/unlock wires.
If its not power locks already, you would have to put in some sort of actuator such as a solenoid to hook it up to an automatic locking system which would be a pain in the ass unless you could get one out of another 240.

My 240 doesn't have power lock buttons. But does have power locks. If you unlock/lock the drivers door, and the passenger door unlocks/locks at the same time, then you have power locks.
