The Veilside kit is a bit out of style, but otherwise a CLASSIC kit that a lot of companies are trying to copy for their own designs (i.e. Wings West for their Aggressor body kit, Andy's Autosport Kombat series). Why is it a classic? The company's design and the essence it brings to the car set the standard for crazy ass body kits. To me, it still looks like a friggin' snow plow and the front end could consume small domestic animals. Personally, it's not my taste, but I still give props to the company's trend setting.
Those headlights are Veilside and they're now discontinued. I think the only companies that still offer fixed lights similar to the Veilside units are "ABFlug" (I think) and "Eastbear". However, with Eastbear, they're exposed circle lights instead of the "300ZX"-style fixed lights with the covering.
IMO its one of the ugliest kits there is. If not the ugliest. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>

Ugly kit. Looks kinda like a riced out Supra or Mistubishi FTO (from GT2). Kinda looks like one of those suckerfish that eat algae (al-gee) in your fishtank.

It's not that bad looking, It's just that the shogun kit was copied and supplied like condoms.. everybody's got them on all kinds of cars.
Veilside is still nice to look at when it's a real kit.
Though I wouldn't get it. Just not my taste.
