vg 240sx info?

well, i hear alot about the Z engine swapped into 240sx's... i dunno any real info on this however (power, which exact engine, price, fit) etc, but if some of u could help clarify this for me, that'd be great. main things im lookin for are:

how much hp?
cost?
how does it fit?
are there any local bay area CA shops that do it?
which exact engine is it?
anyone here done it?
any specs i need to know related to this?
any related sites?
am i a dork?

300 hp stock, if it's been done. the engine is VG30DETT, or VG30ET (210hp?).  i don't know much about the swap because people who start the projects never finish them. but supposedly it fits in the engine bay fine, but a custom hood needs to be fabricated for the VG30DETT. you'd need the engine, wiring harness, transmission, and custom driveshaft.

I think unstable hybrids did a VG30E(not sure if it was T or not) into an S13.
