Hey guys im about to install my TOMEI 2-way. Well It came with just 1 can of LSD oil. I was wondering if I could use some other gear oil like valvoline from Autozone for break in 500 miles. Then put in the Tomei LSD oil. Will this work has anyone tried this?

the thing is i think u cant use synthetic with tomei or kaaz - it builds up film. u can only use organic (i think its tomei)

This guy bought that tomei with cash he got from scamming me for a broken power fc. If anyone lives in alaxandria VA and is interested in helping me recover 500 bucks.
Finding out more information by the second, the internet is amazing. Being scammed sucks.
you can use regular cheap oil for break in..it's no prob. just dont use synthetic oil. and if you did rip this guy off, i really hope it comes back to you ten fold. i hate thieves.

Yes, I did get scammed by him. He thinks because he sold it to me as is, he didn't have to provide a working product. He has done this once before on ebay as told by a different reviewer. I was a fool and really needed the power fc now, so I didn't listen to my instinct.
Suffice to say the power fc is completely dead, and he's not going to do shit about it. I have a lot of avenues to take, but I would of course prefer to just send the unit back to him and have him refund me. Only time will tell.

dont mean to thread jack or nuthin, but since were talking about diff fluids.... Has anyone heard or used a "slip lock" additive from amsoil? i talked to a rep about it and he said it helps to quiet down the clutch discs and such.
