I'm about to head off to my school shop and machine a set of 18mm spacers for myself. I have everything I need except for the wheel centric measurement on the spacer itself. In other words, the outer diameter of the lip.
Anyone have this measurement?
Here is the spacer, right now I have it at 73mm, but am unsure if that is correct.
And also, any idea on the radius at the base of the lip? Right now I have it at 1 mm (0.040")?

Think about it. if the hub has a 66.2mm o.d. and the wheel is hubcentric then it has an i.d. of 66.2mm. So the ring on top of the spacer needs to hang over the inside edge so it can have the same o.d. as the hub. get what I'm saying?
What you have now will only work with wheels that have center bores of 73mm or more.

Yes I know that, I'm fully aware of stock wheels having a 66.2mm bore.
Perhaps I should have been more clear. What is the bore diameter on the majority of aftermarket wheels? From what I have gathered so far, it is 73mm.
