Dude, go see a doctor if it continues...they didn't go to 7+ years of school for nothing. They could give you a helluva lot better, not to mention more educated, answer than "random people." Your only hope of finding a reliable answer here is if we have a doctor on the boards...and that's only if he/she can give a decent answer without doing any kind of tests or inspection.
It's likely nothing...did you inhale a food crumb or some large solid particle. That can irritate breathing for a couple of days.

Oh, yea, that. I've had it in early January for a week or so. Then it went away. I say see a doctor anyway to further see what it is. I did and it could be this one thing that happens when your lungs get coated with too much flem or something. Then that part of the lung gets sorta swollen and starts to rub against your rib whenever you breathe. I remember trying my inhaler, it helped temporarily, but the pain came back. I dunno, it happens from time to time for a moment. However, back in January, that was the first time I've had it happen where it actually stayed that way for a few days. That scared the shit out of me. I hope you feel better and recover from it eventually like I did. I even have a condition where I cough a lot for the past few years. The coughing went down when my teacher told me to drink some water. It got better whenever I drink water because it usually dilutes whatever the hell is irritating my throat. The longer you wait for something NOT to get treated, most likely it'll get worse. Trust me on this.
