how do you tighten the one nut by the #3 runner? mine is kinda loose, but there is no place to wrench in there. this is for a redtop sr20, bottom mount t28 turbo manifold.

Turn bolts counter clockwise, remove unit, place in trash. There it is tight

you have to use your tools. i tried tightening by hand before, but in your case, if you lack the muscle, it wont work. :Ownedd:

the thing is you cant fit a socket in there, only a half open wrench, but there is not enough room to tighten the nut once the socket is in tehre, i cant find the mechanic that did that for me.

maybe try to tighten it from under the car?? or tr to get at the nut from a different angle maybe???
BTW, take a picture of it.. and post it.. that will help people think of a diff way too...

For #3 top or bottom? For the bottom I used a socket on a swivel with a 8" extension. For the top a wrench fit fine.

hahahahhahaha it's made in China man! That #3 bolt fits like garbage, you gotta just go like 1/8" turn at a time and duke it out, open ended wrench, and you're only gonna get a little bit of wrench on it, so don't strip it. Goodluck!

Didn't you take out your stock manifold? The SS manifold should give you more room to bolt it in compared to the stock cast iron.
