Do this...
Order the injen CAI and put it on your credit card. Receive it. Take it apart. Look at it. Smile at it if you wish.
Then, you take it down to your local muffler shop or machine shop and have a guy mandrel bend you the piping. It will be easy since you have the Injen with you, in hand even.... <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>
Will take him/her maybe 15mins. Maybe charge you 10bucks for piping and 30buck labor. YMMV....
Get a can of engine paint, paint the son of a bitch, assemble (using silicon or home depot connectors), drill holes for sensors, etc, as appropriate. Then slap that son of a bitch on your ride, put the injen back in the box, call the retailer tell them you didn't even install it, want a full refund. This usually works. If not, call your credit card company they will take care of it for you. Most credit cards have very good return/credit policies where their customer is always right... <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':p'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>
Hey and if the nutz or the ovaries to be an entrepreneur....go back to the muffler guy/gal and have em make more. Sell on ebay.
Wait, that was my idea... <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Since I am a "Ghetto (Redneck) Ducktape Do It Yerselfer" <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>
I didn't even bother with doing the pipe thang to replace the air tube. The way I see it is, yer not gonna git any more air volume than what can pass thru yer MAF so why do ya need a bigger pipe?!? (I may be wrong)
All ya need is CAI, rite? Remove the stock "Y" pipe from the air box and replace it with sum flexabile tube. (attached with good ole fashoned duck tape) Enlarge the hole in the inner fender and run the tube thru there. And Presto-Chango, you now have CAI. I put a K&N filter in the stock box and it made a world of difference.
Just mah thoughts....
