What is the widest tire width you can fit to the rear of a S13 hatchback, without clearance or rubbing problems? Widest front tire fitment?
Thanks

I'm not sure about tires... but if it helps, 10 inch rims will fit in back, and 9's will fit in front with the right offset.

That is good to know. That means about a 265-width for the back and a 245-width for the front.

That seems way too big. I've heard that 225's are about the biggest you can get. Don't know why but thats what I've heard.BTW 225 is pretty wide. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

The black car in this thread has the largest I've ever seen on an S13.
I have 225's on 7.5's on all four corners. The front could hold 8's with the right offset...but that's starting to push it. The back should hold 9's...again with the right offset. If it were me, I'd probably stick with 8's all around...that's alot of rubber for a 2800lb. car. I don't suggest staggering unless you're willing to pay for tires more often (can't rotate them) and you're putting down some pretty good power (250hp+).
