WTB: Track rims, 4 lug

I'm looking for a set of track rims. I'm tight on funds, so nothing fancy, nothing too nice, I just want something cheap. I'd actually prefer a smaller size, as that means cheaper tires. Local LA area pickup is also prefered, as that means not dealing with shipping. My priorities are; 4lug, then price, and offset coming third. Size, look, whatever, not really a big issue. All that does matter is that they'll fit inside stock S14 fenders without rolling, pulling, or excessively stretched tires.

I got some SSR 2 piece rims im gonna sell because im going 5 lug........only 1 set of 2 rims and they are 16x7+25, $150 picked up. Lemme know if you wanna get them.

17"s are really not what I'm looking for, I've got a set now, and tires are just too expensive for drifting. (And, sometimes, pretty hard to find on short notice)
16"s would be better, but I need a set, not a pair, as 17" front and 16" rear is wierd.
I think a set of cheap 15" mesh, something like that, is what I'm really looking for.
