Guys,
This is my first post here, but I have searched and read all kinds of article on this forum. Thanks to the install archive I was able to install my sway bars. n-e way's I need your expertise
Q: What will be the right master cylinder to swap to? I would like to have the original feeling the JDM S14 k's have. I searched this topic and found out the K's came with a 15/16" mc if i'm not mistaking. I read that the psi on the k's mc's differ from others. please help
Q: Will the brake lines that are on the pictures work? They came with the whole set up >>>>s14!!!
Yes, I searched and found that these front calipers are the same as the z32 iron calipers, and the rear are s14 240sx calipers. It seems that everyones has their own opinions on MC preferrence. what I'm trying to avoid is installing a poor bias brake system........
I  to whom ever can help me out.
thanks Danny

stock MC is fine you can do z32 if you want
yes the lines will work
i had stock z fronts on stock mc and it wans that bad bit mushy but a really good bleed and such its ok
you can use the same lines no need to change/upgrade unless you want to
i would get new pads and rotors if i was you though

I will be ordering new hawk pads and doing a little clean up of the calipers and rotors.
Will it be hard to find the right master cylinder for this set up?

its RHD gotta redo the hardlines
i have on my clip too
Let me walk outside and look at the part number on my car. It came with the 4 pots and the singles from the factory, just like your pics show. You got lucky with the lines, not so easy to mate up to a US car without the hardlines from the caliper to the bracket on the strut.

I'm pretty sure I can't use it. It's a mirrored image of the USDM. I would have to mod the hell out of the brake lines.
Thankx anyways.......danny
You are correct, rhd master cylinder on lhd car means none of the lines mate up. For what it's worth, Nisssan Tokico BM44 67F00 4XJ.

FYI, bolt-on S14 master cylinder with 15/16" bore can be found off a ABS equipped S14...or any automatic transmission equipped S14.
I'm sure it basically the same as the JDM one, maybe with the line on the other side of the body.

Get the auto S14 MC, direct fit, easily found in thousands of salvage yards everywhere.
As far as all the rear stuff, it's identical to what you have. Unless it came with the fronts you wasted some money. Part it out on the classifieds and Ebay to make it back.

I kept the OE 7/8 on my last car. My new car runs a 15/16 auto MC (because it's an auto car) and I've done 17/16 Z32s on a few other cars for friends. It's entirely up to you how you like the pedal to feel. With the 7/8 and Z brakes all around it was a little soft but it never bothered me. The 15/16 feels a little better. With just front Z32s you might not even notice a difference.
