I just had a little fun at our local golf course. at 10:40 at night. Just driving all the little streets real fast and pulled 2 donuts. well after the donuts i went up a road to turn around to exit and i knoticed a chevy tahoo coming in the entrace looking at me real hard. so i leave in a hurry. 5 sec later out side of golf course. i get pulled over by 3 cops. and that guy in the chevy was the chief of police. anyways. it was really cold and the chief of police i think saw me playing donuts so i was shaking a little and i was tired so i had blood shoot eyes.( i turned off my lights when i saw the tahoo so i wouldn't have LED squiters on) after the cops saw this i got paddled down, a car search, and the flashlights that read alcohol. So the only thing i got was a tresspasing warming
My little town put Motion sensors and camera's. if they got some of my playing around on camera can they give me a ticket?

Well, I dont think they can.. but cops are sneaky sometimes.. If you didnt get busted when they pulled you over/searched your car, and they just gave you a warning, you're probly ok. just drive nice for a while.. and no more dounuts!!

If they got some of your playing on camera yes they could give you a ticket. Will they go hunting through cameras to catch some guy messing around in his car..who knows. I guess it depends on how bored they are.

Good luck.

Almost arrested twice and now that. I cant wait to see what happens tonight

ok so wait...let me get this right (which i dont think i did) you went to a golf course with your 240 and drove on the little paths that the golf carts normally drive on to get to the diff holes, and you drove fast on em and pulled a few dounuts?!...sounds like fun but, man if i was a cop i would have ticketed your ass right on the spot. if they didnt do anything when they pulled you over then nothing will probably happen. you got balls if you did that

Welcome to being an adult. Just stop doing stupid stuff in and on your car. Live and learn from that weekend.

Like those LED squirters. To cops, that's just telling them, "Hey, look at me! I'm a teenager with a rice rocket!" Anyway, I hope they don't catch you though. Sorry to sound a bit harsh, but that's the truth. If you're gonna be a total dick with your car, they'll treat you the same way.

Yup... have to agree on that last statement.. I got pulled over a LOT in my "riced out" 200sx. Red (bad choice of paint to start with!, tint, lights, loud stereo, skirt kit, lowered, loud exhast (ah, yah.. no cat, 2.5" back to a V8 style muffler! lol) And I drove around like a moron. Dounuts, racing, reving, etc. Got 4 tickets on my record, in 2 years. In that car.
I have been driving my Audi around now for 2 weeks with plates from my Toyota truck (4runners get car plates, before anyone says Im gona get poped for truck plates), the ownership isnt in my name, and the vehicle is ahem... not quite "legal" for the road. (NO back brakes, reverse lights, etc) But becaus its a 4 door sedan, cops just drive by... even if I'm a little over the speed limit... or my passenger isn't wearing a seat belt!!
Im not saying sell the 240 and buy a 4 door sedan, but KNOW that you drive a 'high profile' car, and drive accordingly. Go ahead and have fun.. but keep a better look out for cops!

Well, at least he's admitting to his mistake. Normally I see posts involving cops, it's usually some ricer idiot who's complaining about a cop being unfair to them even though they clearly broke the law. I've seen too many posts that start off with...

"Wah! Wah! Cops suck! I hate cops! One just pulled me over for speeding! They always have something against imports! I drive my Integra/240SX/Civic/Prelude/Supra/etc with my APR wing, N1 fartcan 3" exhaust, and 17" rims! See! They always pick on cars like mine!" Boo-fucking-hoo to those posts.

On a somewhat related story. My sister was lucky enough not to get tagged for running a red light. It wasn't her fault, her driving instructor told her to run the yellow, which eventually turned red right when they crossed it. *shrug* Good luck man.

Hey i wasn't driving ON the golf course, if i did that i would have deserved all that shit but i was just Driving up a road which i thought was a Public road. they had no signs saying that you cant be here after such and such time. So i think them doing all that shit to me was unfair. They couldn't see me doign anything bad so they were just being dicks.

Me driving 86 in a 55. and getting caught(thank god he taged me slowing down) i cant complain about bc i 100% broke the law.

When i used to drive/drag my moms maxima(tan) i could get away with alot of stuff that i guess having a sports car kinda wouldn't get away with.

Does anyone Live in GA? i Live in South Carolina and the GA tickets dont show Points or Fine amount. What is 31 over a 6.0 ticket? If i jsut go plead guilty will they reduce it? going from 12 points to 6 would suck ass

Well... it's part of it, anyway. . on the side I drove on. . it was just soccer fields, and a model airplane landing strip (asphalt)... But. . not since I had my Rodeo.. unless you include the times in the ML320 haha. . and once in my S13. . but uhh. .
Nobody ever said I was smart. . =)

I used to drive my 240 ragtop around those little golf-cart paths on a local course late at night. Of course, neither the terrain nor the vehicle were bulid for anything excessive, so I just kinda cruised around at cart-like speeds. Just enjoying some top-down night air beauty.

But I digress. Regarding that speeding ticket, get a lawyer. You'll thank me later. You can go, and you can try to plead it down yourself. If you're unlucky, it won't budge, but if you're lucky you can have it dropped to a lower speed - which means less points, and less drastic insurance increase. Here's the thing though: when you bring a lawyer, your "luck" goes up exponentially. They can even plead ya down to no-pointers. Judges like lawyers; they don't like kids.

A lawyer will generally charge $500 for a court appearance, but would you rather a one time fee, or three years of raised insurance? Trust me - it's an invesment, plain and simple.
