4 lug s13, 17x7.5 +40 and 17x8 +35... 225/45/17 i'm pretty sure these will clear with no problems however im worried about flushness, what size spacer would make this sit more flush, given they aren't already? any different suggestions on tire size?

Yeah youre gonna want a 40mm spacer up front, and a 35mm spacer in back. And you should be running 205's all around. Maybe even 195's.

on an S13 yes. On an S14 it would fit fine.

Do yourself a favor. Sell the wheels with the Integra and buy new one that will fit properly.

a 8 inch wheel with +35 offset in the rear sits pretty flush. get some 20/25mm H&R TRAC spacers for the front and your good to go.

They won't clear Z brakes or coilovers for certain, but they'll clear the fenders by several inches. You should script "my car looks like ass" across the windshield if you put them on.
