Need Help Im Stupid Its Easy I Know

I CANT FIGURE OUT HOW TO POST PICS... AND I LOOKED IN FAQ AND READ IT AND IT SAY VALUE i dunno what that means... do i just put what i named the pic where value is????? or do i put the adress thingy.. EX: Desktop/My Pictures/DSC00825 or somthing.. please help i know its easy its just im not very computer freindly..

1)Goto: http://www.photobucket.com/ and make a account.
2)upload your photos
3)copy the IMG text from below the pic.

you cannot reference a file that is on your own computer. it HAS to be on the internet.

then you put the full address of the file, including file name, between the IMG tags.

value = the url of the photo.. i.e. "www.blabla.com/images/you/pic.jpg"

you need host the images online, like on yahoo, imagestation, wetodditracing.com, etc... Take the url of the picture and post place it in between the tages

I.E. the url of an image i want to post is http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid105/pd500b8bf9d19e1c59efc39297acfe111/f977f80c.jpg

so place that tag in between the <img></img> and you get
http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid105/pd500b8bf9d19e1c59efc39297acfe111/f977f80c.jpg
