I've been having some issues with locking my rear wheels with my ebrake.

At first my left caliper went so I replaced both calipers. Then I replaced the stock pads with Project Mu rear pads. The brakes have been bled twice.

For some reason the rears STILL have a problem locking up. How tight should the ebrake cable be, how many clicks should I be able to raise it before it stops. I'm thinking it might not be tight enough.

Any other suggestions would be helpful.

If you are running a 95 S14, then it should be seven (7) clicks before your e-brake is fully engaged. You might want to double check your FSM for procedures on how to adjust your e-brakes.

Yeah, weird thing, only my left side locks. I'm thinking it might just be the pads but I'm not sure. Are there any adjustments in the rear?

if pads and everything are good, there shouldn't be problems with it not locking up. Make sure your yanking it and not just pulling it up. Also.. ur clutch has to be pressed down for ur wheels to lock up.
