Correct me if i'm wrong but the stock offset of the S13 steel wheels (15 X 6") is 40mm. So would a 17 X 7.5" inch wheel with a 45mm offset stick out just a little bit farther then the stock wheels?

You will add 24mm of wheel intrusion and 14mm of wheel extrusion with a 7.5" +45 wheel.

So thats about 1 inch extra on the inside, will that give me any problems?

Probably not, but I would run a lower offset anyway. +45 is really high for a 7.5" wheel on a RWD car.

Well thats the lowest offset Rota offers for there 17 X 7.5" Subzeros. I really want those wheels because there light, inexpensive, and come in gunmetal. What should i do?

Well you can use probably run them with minimal clearance issues right now, but if you want to run height adjustable coilovers or Z32 brakes you are either going to need spacers or wheels with lower offsets.
Did you consider the Kosei K1? I don't think you can get the gunmetal from them, but the rebadged Buddy Club P1's come in gunmetal. The P1/K1 are light, fairly cheap, and come in agreeable offsets.

Yeah, i had been looking at the K1s but Tire Rack doesnt cary the 17" or even gunmetal for the S13. I dont think i'll get coilovers, just KYB shocks and Suspension techniques springs (1.3" drop.) Plus 4 Rota Subzeros are only $575 @ 17" X 7.5" so i think i'll be alright, do you?

You should be ok, if not you can always just run some 5mm spacers.

You don't think i mean Plus 40mm do you? I mean "plus" as in "also." I should have said "Also, four Rota Subzeros." The wheels are 17" X 7.5" with 45mm offset. Is that still ok?

Yeah, I understand what you are saying. It's just that I’m not 100% +45 offset wheels will clear the strut, the largest offset I can recall is +40. So I’m just saying if you get them and clearance is really tight, just pick up some 5mm spacers and you should be fine. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

How about 15x7 wheels with +45 offset will that cause any problem if i want to put on 300zx brakes.

I know, me too!!! I'm in love! You can get them for only $550 shipped from Mach III (http://www.machiii.net/machiii/html/specials.html#5). I can't wait for my next paycheck. Are you thinking about getting them too?
