If you ignore the missing body panels, it could almost pass for an audi A3 or something of the sort, just use your imagination. hahaha

Thanks, I suck at the internet.

I have no idea. I found the car on importatlant.com. The car was an auto-x event at Turner Field. I will do some asking and see what other people know why the car is in the shape it is.

Is he sitting on a milk crate? Steering with a wrench?
Damn! It reminds me of that one issue of SCC where they took a saw to some guy's sentra. It went like, what, a half second faster at the strip?

holy carp. that thing passed tech?
Battery tied down... check. Shake wheels to make sure there is no excessive suspension play... check. Brake pedal doesn't fall to the floor... check. Helmet with legal Snell rating... check. You've passed tech for autocross. :D
I rember seeing this pic a year or two ago. The guy (or maybe it was his wife's car) got rear ended and the car was a write off, so he bought it back, cut all the damage off with a sawzall, trailered it in and had some fun! If it happened to my car, I would do the same. It would be alot of fun and be good for some WTF points from the other autocrossers and spectators. :)

Looks like it has a 'crumple' or whatever, right near the number 10 so a rear end wreck is a big possibility.
Either way,thing is crazy lookin'
