blowin up turbos!!!

ok last season i blew 3 turbos.....and to start the new season i need to figure out what the heck is going on.....here are some problems i think could cause them...but i want you guys to tell me if those problems can even cause the turbo to blow up......aite....

~not the correct oil pressure ....

~jacked up side mount...can a messed up a lil bent intercooler cause a turbo to blow....

~bent up or coiled up oil and coolant lines.....

my plan is to grab a new turboheaders....dum pipe..and brand new oil lines...steel braided ones....i think this cause when i had my secound turbo on everything went well and i had good power.....until it went...and i think its because my lines were bent and i dint have enough oil and coolant going to the turbo......


so help me out guys.....

yes... seen it happen a few times... clogged oil lines will burn turbo's up non stop!

How are the oil lines routed? crappy routing is one deffinit way to do it.

what kind of turbo is it. are u just rebuilding the same turbo or buying new ones.

well when i put the turbo back in i see that the lines arent like they use to be...hey a lil more bent and more akward to fit...all the turbos i have used are stock turbos....t25 and t28.....so i tink imma get new lines from tougefactory and see what happens....any body got any stock turbos i can buy to test out.......or know anybody wit stock turbos.....hit me up....

you haven't been trying to port and polish the head by dumping sand through your turbo have you?

on a more serious note: starving a turbo of oil would definitely murderize it.
