What will these wheels look like with a +42 offset? They are 17 x 8. I know they want be flush, but will they look real bad? And will they clear lowering springs and KYB agx's?

they will look exactly like what they are: FWD rims on a RWD car. You will look like you caught the gay

But aren't the Mustang wheels 5 lug??? Also Bryants95240sx, I can afford more expensive wheels, but would rather rebuild my engine at this point and get springs and kyb's. Don't really want to spend 3 grand on wheels.

Ok, I see which ones your talking about, like these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=66483&item=7942542292&rd=1
But wouldn't they stick out alot. Would I need my fenders rolled?

they will be super flush and require a roll in the rear.

Does anyone know if these are OEM sizes for a certain year mustang? I wondering if I could pick up a pair at the junkyard, if so what year? 1993???? Sorry for all the questions, but my current steelies have some almost bald tires and I would rather replace the wheels and tires now, rather than replacing these tires and buying new wheels in tires in a couple of weeks.

Ok, skip the Mustang wheels. Can anyone give me some options on a nice wheel tire combo for under $1500. That will leave me with enough funs to build up my engine. I've been looking at the 5zigen Fn01R-C's but I also recieved a qoute for Gram light 57s' of $1100 without tires. What else should I look at?? Widths and offsets please!

Yeah I have a fine suggestion for you...
ditch the tenzo-cRap, go with my demon cambers that I am selling:

now all you need to do is figure out how to fit them, negative 15 offset. :)
over-budget but you'll have some of the nicest wheels around.

You get what you pay for. No one on here knows what your tastes are, and we can't make decisions for you. If you like the cheap wheels, buy them, it's your car. If you're not ready to spend the money, buy 15" tires, they're only like $40 each, and save the money for your engine. Whatever you decide is what will work best for you. Yes, we'll laugh and call you names if you choose a +42 offset wheel, but that's life. How often do you associate with any of us in person anyway?

Yeah, I've considered picking up 15 inch tires, but would rather not. I'm not concerned with the laughing and name calling. I would just like some ideas of other rims with decent width and offest to choose from. It's like a full time job trying to find 4 lug wheels wider than 7 inches with a decent offset.
