Gram light 57s wheels on their car? If so can I see them? I am going to purchase a set. I am probably going to order 9.5JX17 +22off. However the front sticks out a tad. Does anyone have any pictures of this size or the 8.5J-X17 any offset on their car that they can show me? It is going on a S14. But I wouldnt mind seeing S13 pictures as well.

Thanks, :love:

Jonathan.

p.s. sorry if this is in the wrong section of the board.

They clear some coilovers, like the KTS ones, but only if you run a 225 tire. iEATrice has pics on here of bronze 57s in 17x9.5 +22 front and rear (not the pics where he test fitted Heartwork's gold ones) and I don't think he was using spacers. I think he had Cusco coilovers but I can't remember for sure. I have the pic saved at home and I'll post it later, (at work now)

EDIT: I see Heartwork posted while I was postign this, so maybe it was HKS coilovers and not cusco's, if he's talking about iEATrice

the bad thing with 17x8.5 is you get face 1. looks flat, no curve.

i have 18x9.5 +22. i use 10mm spacer for the rear so it is +12 in the rear now.
this looks perfect. 245/40/18REAR ; 235/40/18FRONT

my coilover has a short mount plates(shorter then usual). but i am not sure if coilovers like Tien,cusco,d2 would have the same problem. but i think it would be ok.

How bout running a 20mm front fender, 17x9.5 +12 in front w/ 235...less camber needed, more clearance...then just rolll the rear, run 17x9.5 + 22 w/ 255!

problem solved, eh? All the benefits of big rubber, coilover clearance, with SUNKEN SPOKES!

Flat face just doesn't feel the same...

I'm feeling that...

Anyone know what disk is what for the 57Pros? I think they go by disk A,B,C... is C the deepest one?

yeah, coilover fitment depends on the coilover and the design of the bracket. Apexi N1s clear stock wheels =p

thats my car, the fronts are essentially 17x8.5 + 10 (+35 with 25mm spacer) with 215/45/17s.

i would go with the 9.5 +22 all around, =p

Yeah C disk is the lowest.

its like this...

A = High disk = minimum lip/maximum brake clearance
B = Medium/Standard disk = medium lip/medium brake clearance
C = Low disk = maximum lip/minimum brake clearance

For 57Pros on a 240, go with B disk in the front and C disk in the rear.

Hope that helps. :bow:
