Highway 9

The other night, a couple of my friends, my cousin and I were sitting around pretty bored from playing !COLLIN MCRAE Rally Racing! all day. So my cousin had the crazy idea to take my car to Highway 9 and do some road raging!...so road raging on highway 9 we did!

we had 4 people in the car including me. my cousin is about 135, im about 170, my two friends were about 135 too and about 200 pounds. Yes...A LOT of weight. but we reduced the weight by taking a whole buncha things outta my car like spare tire and all. but including me, we had about 650 pounds extra to the wheels!

It was my first time atempting this...So we arrive at the entrance on saratoga hills. so i start off at an extremely fast pace. I was doing about 40-50 mph turns and on straiter roads i was going atleast 75 +.!There were barely anycars since it was at arround 11 oclock at night. i can only imagine how it wouldve been like with me alone. yeah it was pretty crazy but fun. Kinda dangerous. on some turns i drifted a lot but after a couple crazy ones, i decided to slow down because it was too dangerous lol. the road was pretty foggy at certain points.next thing we knew...we arrived in santa cruz county in less than 10 minutes! so we were like "wat the hell...lets just drive to santa cruz." so off we went zooming to santa cruz at 12am.

most spontanous thing to do on a monday night ever.

So any of you guys do crazy things on highway 9? ive heard of crazy accidents like cars running off the cliff...but any stories of your own???

-- Driving like a fool on public roads is bad.
-- Involving your friends in above activity is worse.
-- Next time you decide to do this, pleae notify the local and state authorities before you get on the road.

these roads arent the most fun...the most fun are the 270 degree 5mph turns, where you never get above second gear and sometimes 1st gear downshifts are a must...ahh those are the best

Highway 9 is really fun but there are sheriff's cracking down on that area now. I stay away. There are miles of road you can take that nobody knows about. Try those instead

Which reason would you like? The fact that I live in the area? I used to use 9-35 to commute to SF? My fiance works in Saratoga and 9 was an easy way to travel between our place and her work while avoiding 17? 9 was an easy way to get from my house to Felton, where some of my family lives?

This is Luke (blu808) posting. You are a freakin idiot. I have been driving hwy 9 every day for the last 5 years. I even rented a house on hwy 9 for a year just so i could drive it more. and guess what. After that fucking fast and furious movie came out. all you stupid ass ricers started going to our spots and crashing, doing stupid shit and bringing the cops. Now that all you stupid ricers have 240s now its even worse. I hate you all because i cant even drive that road anymore, because of all the cops you bring around.

Not to mention, last time i drove 9 in my evo, some dumb f#%k accord ran wide going the oposite way, and almost ran me off the road.

No one cares that you went 70mph on hwy 9.
