So some offers i got on my Cusco Comp Zero 2 Coilovers. (Note: they are only THREE, but still)
-$30 (no explanation)
-$40 (display item)
-FREE (no explanation)
-trade for Eibach Pro-Kit (cause thats what i have on my car right now)
-$150 (cause im short on cash right now)
-$75 (cause the person thinks they are worth that much)
etc...etc...

PEOPLE, they still have VALUE to them. They would make great backups and possible to buy the extra missing one. A new set retails for $2,000 +

I'd rather TRASH these in front of someone that super low-balls to make them feel like shit.

I hope we can all work together and weed out all the cheapskates and lowballers to make the general car community not so cheap in every aspect. Everything from cheap parts on the car just to have an "aftermarket" part to just plain scumbagging. I understand the philosophy of bargaining, but not at this super ridculous rate.

If you want good shit, save up, work more, learn to barter.
If you want crappy shit, work less, sell your baseball cards, or don't get involved in modifying your car (you'll just hate yourself more and piss off youer gf cause she wont like your car)

BTW: the Coilovers have been sold.

end rant of the day

I agree, those offers are completely ridiculous. But people who do work more and know how to barter well, with the note of having large savings accounts and delving into investments...tend to be cheap and will bargain as anyone else would.

What does constitute crappy shit anyways?

No need to get insulted. I saw the lowballing first hand when I tried selling my KA. Couldn't even get a $100 for it. Haha. It ran fine and came with everything even a new clutch.
