help with flex

well i was installing my tein flex today, and as im setting the damper knob as the manual says. the front passenger one keeps spinning, there's no clicking sound or anything it just keeps spinning. all the other ones work just fine, so i was wondering what i could do? would tein fix this problem for free? has this happend to anyone?
