I know that this has been brought up before but it just needs to stay in circulation. I have gotten involved with them before I found the post about them so I want to make sure other people dont. For those of you that have gotten scamed by them you have legal rights and can win if you want to take it to court. I contacted the Better business bureau, Chamber of Commerce, Department of Economic Growth, and the Magistrates office. The only thing they can do is check to see if they do have a business license and if they do they can not allow them to renew it. I did find out that they operate out of a house, so it just a couple of kids running it out of their basement. Which would be fine if they were ligit.
Just for reference, they bait and switched me, over charged me, didnt send me all the parts I wanted, and were just in general slow, non responsive, and uncooperative. I have shipped back the parts that I did receive and I am waiting for my refund, which probably wont happen without legal action which will come if needed.
That is all

Oh I have their address but there is nothing a cop can do. I would have to take them to court in order to get my money back if VISA does not come through for me. But im sure that VISA and can take care of this for me. If I do need to go to court I will, my friend/boss has a lawyer that he pays and doesnt ever do anything so I can get him to represent me...hopefully it wont come to that cuz that would cost me more in time.

How does that make a difference? I move $3000 worth of xenon lights a month on Ebay from my house. And am holding a bit over $1000 Zilvia members money for true HID kits.. out of my house.
I'm just saying, this part of your arguement makes no sense. But, bieng in a house makes it harder for them to pack up and leave. You can break a lease and run with $10-20k as with a warehouse. Few people are willing to vacate their house, where they have $100k+ for that same $10-20k.

I understood his point and I have run a pretty good business out of a $500/month apartment ;)...but now I am back working for a company and very happy.
Ran into problems wanting to buy the 2 car garage *ahem, my wife just punched me*...our house in 2005.
To other posters...if anything of this transaction was sent US Mail it's a federal matter....if not then the local po po will laugh before they help usually.
