I don't know about the difference between the SR and KA fuel pump, but I do
know that on my 180sx the stock fuel pump was swapped out in favor of a GT-R fuel pump. Same with my friends 89 silvia.

Yes...Stock SR fuel pump has a higher flow volume than a stock KA. Cant remember how much it flows, nowhere close to walbro for sure. Biggest info i can tell you is that it was enough for a for a friend of mine to push 1 bar with that fuel pump and stock injectors.

man if u have an S15 front on an S13 and a JDM motor in a PGT.. why the hell cant u afford a walbro fuel pump? obviously i dont know ur situation but in my opinion, if u can't afford $60 more dollars for just a fuel pump, u shouldn't be swapping in an SR. no offence or anything.

What is with your sig? That is a horrible waste of space and nobody gives a shit.
Get a walboro and call it a day. Make sure to stay above a quarter tank cuz i heard they like to wine. I'll let you know later today cuz I should be getting my SR started.

.....i heard they like to wine.
mines whines when the tank is under 1/3rd. I found that using higher Octane helps as well as a clean fuel filter.

High octane? What would you normally use? I have always used 93 since I installed the SR. Also, I've never heard the wine, and run it to within a gallon of being emtpy. Then again I usally listening to music or have the windows down.

your right LOL!! , but I just got done spending $2500 on SR and a shit load of parts.. The place were I was doing some of my shoping on that day (ZEROLIFT) had ALOT of used JDM stuff laying around. It was trown in on a DEAL with a bunch of stuff (greddy downpipe, ssautochrome ECT...) Its so EASY to swap out the pump I figured WHAT THE HELL!! beleve me, if you had to drop the gas tank to install a FP i wouldn't even waste my time or money.. I just wanted to find out what its worth was by finding out the specs on it.. I was told by the guys at zerolift that it flowed alot more than a stock 240 pump, BUT I always get a second opinion, and that all I'm realy doing on this post.. I still may just say fuckit, and not even bother with useing it.. I just want to know the value CRAP or NOTCRAP
