I got devirginized by V.C 22107, unsafe turning.

I think its a one point offense, is it worth going to driving school so i can dodge the point? Also can you take traffic school in another county?
Has anybody got this one before, and how much was it $$?

I got hooked up...I was doing donuts at 230am and I think the cop saw it all...he was pissed but let me off for some reason. I guess he was the 1% of CHP that are chill...

Check the California vehicle Code & see what it says for the VC22107.

Yeah you can probably go to traffic school but you'll have to check the DMV website to see how long you have to behave for before you can get another ticket. I think each county sets the fee for the vehicle code violation. Check the traffic court website to see if they list an amount.

As for you doing donuts, yeah you sure did luck out. The officer could have thrown the book at you, but I think he was too damn lazy to pull out the Vehicle code book to check all the violations you had committed. He probably figured one was enough just seeing the look on your face...hahaha..

It's a good thing he wasn't REALLY in a bad mood...If he was, then you could have been stuck with a ticket, walking home & your ride being impounded. Doing the donuts would be reason enough....

$104 total in SAC...this was in Riverside county, but I figure it will be around the same amount.
Yah the CHP let me off the hook completely, I got way lucky :werd:

Yes you can do traffic school for it. I did it for the same offense in CA. You can choose to do the traffic school in any country you wish, provided the issuing county is ok with that.

The question is, do you want to.. given that you engage is such activity, you may want to save it for something a bit more... serious ;p

Your call.
