an electric tubro kit = negative HP.
seriously, it's been done with leaf blower motors and didn't produce anything wothwhile...
That fan looks like it belongs in a computer... :P

mmm there is a electric turbocharger, or rather a electrically assisted turbo that uses an electric motor to prespool the turbo at low rpms and then lets exhaust gasses take over at higher rpms. i think there was a prototype on the hydrogen powered rx8.
as for that ebay thing... i wouldnt be surprised if it actually blocked the normal flow of air into the engine. lol. hopefully nobody actually buys crap like that.

They acutely used a KA24DE from a, or better yet used an altima for a test car so it can be used on a ka, haha. Though I would assume for the price that it would be better to go with a regular turbo or supercharger because they would end up being more cost effective over time, if not right off the bat.
That crap on ebay, will not work and will end up damaging something. Stay as far away from it as possible.
