So i got a set of 20mm kics bolt on spacers for clearance issues, the stock studs stick past the spacer and wont allow the wheel to fully slide onto the spacer studs. Im guessing I have to cut the stock studs to make this work. Anyone have experience with either 15 or 20mm's and had to do this?

shoulda made sure behind your wheels had some space between the lug holes...

thats why most companies require at least the wheel adapter to be 25mm or thicker so that your existing stock stud wont come past the spacer...

looks like you'll have to shave off your stock stud to use those spacers or get some 25mm adapters

damn volk for not having the little indents on the back like some wheels have. maybe ill sell em and get some 25mm, but that means ill have to pull the fenders a tad more.....well, has anyone actually ground down or cut the studs?

I ran into this same problem before and about lost my wheels cause I thought everything was torqued down right. My suggestion..get some 5mm spacers to go on the 20 mm spacer..you can get 5mm ones cheap..

yah i would say sandwich a 5mm or whatever in between the hub and 20mm to make it fit. chopping stock studs aint smart
