hi good day, need some input as to why the rear stay assembly bends on s13 rear suspension ,I've replaced them already and well was doing some work on the rear an noticed these slightly bent again ,this is the part that acts as the front washer for the bushings on the subframe and also connect to the chassis .

Are your subframe bushings munted? You can tell if you have axle tramp. If so the subframe will slop about, and likely bend these stays.

How much power? Is the chassis twisting?

Are you bending the arm of the little tabs that come off the rear subframe that the bolt goes through to secure the arm or literally the whole control arm itself?

actually both gets slightly bent ,but the one I'm seeing the bends are the ones bolting directly under the subframe bushings
