There?s always something way more satisfying running a very nice standalone like this, compared to ROM tunes.
Nevertheless ROM tunes get the job done, there?s something so satisfying about a standalone....

Yes, ROM tunes arn't the safest at this power level from my experience with sr20's. You can only set very minimal safety parameters. With the AEM you can set fail safes so you don't kill your SR.
As far as dyno sheet, I have a picture of the tune right before final tune. I had a print out that I can't find. We were running into traction issues even on the final tune. We added weight and still couldn't keep it hooked up in 5th gear.

Final tune was around 494whp with traction loss, so we just rounded up to 500+whp and left it at that.
I forgot to add we are running race fuel, 120 octane leaded fuel so we didn't have to throw a bunch timing in it to keep things reliable.
As far as vehicle set up this is a SR20 in a BMW e30.
