I was hoping to get some input from you guys about building my s14 silvia, ive got about 8,000 to spend on it and was hoping for some insight on good parts to buy and what route I should take with building it. I need new suspension on this car so whats your opinion on something good that might be on the cheaper side? the car also needs a new turbo setup, ive got a t28ar71 turbo on it, it has a cheap turbo and manifold back exhaust. what is something I should look at that might fit this budget? I have always wanted a top mount turbo setup on this car but maybe that might be out of my budget. it already has a good aftermarket radiator, a nice front mount intercooler kit, ive got a walboro 255 fuel pump and 750 cc injectors waiting to get put in, is there anything else im not thinking of?
thanks for any advice and/or input!

Step 1......sell ur car
Step 2...buy dependable car
Step 3...invest ur 8k in high valve stocks
Step 4...live off intrested and have a happy life

I would try to find someone who is selling their setup for top mount with external wastegate and good turbo, you already have injectors, just get it installed and tuned and go from there

my opinion
FSM rebuild, DIY in a home built clean room in a couple days refresh, don't let anyone touch your engine, no machine shops!
Use a top mount T3 .48a/r T04E 50 trim turbo 380rwhp is plenty for oem engine
power FC L-jetro, Z32 maf, 740cc side feeds, my timing maps are all over the place or you can contact me for it
Reliable, rebuilt, plenty power for the OEM parts to handle, done
Downpipe and gate is the important part: make it easy to access, ceramic coated, turbo blanket, shielded, supported, spend the time and effort in those places is the win
Suspension I would use OEM style stuff i.e. KYB, its smooth, reliable, affordable but thats just my taste (car doesn't need coilovers to be fast)
