Should I buy this s14 and sell my NA Miata?

Good day, I have a 1997 Miata which is stock except for the wheels. Its an automatic transmission which I plan to swap for a manual. I recently saw a S14 for sale by me for $3500. I like it but I paid $600 for my miata and it needed work but it was a running car with a good engine. The S14 is manual and it runs, but it has a few rust holes in the car, frame rails aren't rusted BUT they are caved in on the rear side. I have some pics of this car. Idk how much these cars are worth, is this a fair price ? Would you keep the Miata or go with the s14? Any advice is welcomed, thank you.https://imgur.com/a/DL5wYpb

Holy fukn rust bucket!! Plan on spending thousands to repair/replace rust.

with $3500 you could do some cool stuff to your miata...personally i'd say keep it, as s14rebuild said you don't wanna be repairing that rust.

The amount of rust you see, imagine how bad it is where u can see it...that car is a scrap metal...only worth the interior peices and mltor set

I think you can do a lot better with 3500. I saw a nice kouki near you with an s14 sr for around 4500.

If you check fb and craigslist every day and stay patient you'll be surprised at what pops up.
