Headlights are gay

Sometimes my headlights are fine, then other times I go to turn them off and one will stay up, then I go to turn them back on and one will go up then the other will come down and it will keep on doing it. Also the right headlight will be real weak like if you hit a bump in the road it will fall down. After fiddeling with it for awhile I got it once. Now its doing it again and I would rather know what the problem is ?, a wiring problem ?, weak motor ?

I have the same problem i check everything and is ok, the problem is the switch on ythe stering column, i have problem with hi ligths too O_o
