^^ I'd take Forza, or Gran Turismo giving us decent touge/ canyon road courses... It's the biggest reason why I never picked up a PS4/ One.

With the success of GTAV on pc and considering they retooled the game to specifically take care of the more power hardware it would be idiotic not to launch it on pc. Plus the original came out in the ps3/360 days. PC was not as big then.

Death Stranding looks so dumb to me. Even after the recent gameplay video. It just doesn’t look FUN. HJ games have always been pretty out-there but this is on another level.

I bought a PS4 for RD2 and after a few days of playing it it just didn’t suck me in. Haven’t played it since. Luckily for me the RE 2 Remake is amazing.

Excited to see more gameplay for cyber punk & i wish they’d tease something for Forza Horizon heading to Japan, they’ve hit all major continents. All they have left is the middle eastern area and asia. If they dont do japan, they’d seriously be dropping the ball.

I wasn’t super excited for the new Star Wars game staring gay Jesus/Joker but after seeing the extended gameplay yesterday I’m changing my tune. The developers also said there’s a Metroidvania type of exploration system. I’m pretty much sold.

I kind of want a PS4 in December to go along with the PC but I am concerned about paying full price for a console for the ps5 to drop 12 months later.

Im in the same boat. My PS3 seems to be showing her age and I want to get caught up on God of War. I also am looking to upgrade my plasma TV to OLED this holiday season. I want the PS4 pro but dont want to pay full price with the next gen consoles around the corner.

I'll bet that when Forza Horizon finally does Japan it's going to be with nearly the exact same car list and missing all the Japanese cars and tracks people would want in the game.

I apologize if it was announced, but is that the new date range for the new sony and microsoft consoles? my buddies have been trying to get me to get a console to play with them online. i refuse to buy a console if im not going to get a solid 3-4 years out of it. as i know they will buy a new console as soon as it comes out.

i have other expensive hobbies and dont want to drop money on one, just to turn around and see the newest, latest, and greatest be released. i dont mind buying a console, but i think im going to have to wait.

I finally saw the star wars gamplay trailer. Seems pretty dope. It reminds me of the force unleashed games. I own and liked both of them.

There are extended gameplay videos out there. It looks pretty rad. He seems a bit over powered but I’m not sure how far into the game it is. What I’m most excited about is they studied Metroid going into development.

curious what people’s reaction to Epic game store. im suprised at the sheer number of exclusives

personally im not a huge fan. out of convenience if rather just use steam and really not a fan of being pressured to use epic as an exlusive. I also really despise the word ‘epic’ and dont wish to support the company that came up with fortnite.

then again because Im old, waiting a year of two is not a big deal and I usually do that anyways as Im cheap and dont want to pay $60 for a new game.

Same.. I'm never ever going to buy a game @ $59.99+. I'll wait three years if I have to. So I'm still playing the games just at a slower pace, which is totally fine to me. I don't play online anyway.

I can't speak for consoles but on PC dlc does go down. If you wait you can usually get a "game of the year" or "complete" edition of the game that has all the DLC for cheap.

Only DLC I've ever paid for was the zombie expansion for Red Dead Redemption and the Champions Ballad for BotW.

I've never purchased any in game bs.

Not all of it is BS though.


The bordlands DLC for instance gives you new missions and new characters.


The skyrim dlc introduced new monsters and new abilities.


Forza you get car packs with lots of new cars.


That being said I never buy the costume change dlc

On Steam, dlc's go on sale. typically the value isn't quite there. It's not that dlc's aren't ever worth it, but it's rare that it does. Even more missions and characters doesn't mean they're well thought out.

I find that if a game has a good mod community, thats usually a plus. That's one of the reasons why I kept going back playing some of the elder scrolls games.

this one has been around for 2 years i think. its grindy, like pretty much any other game, but its turn base so its entertaining.
