Does anyone here have 5zigen wheels? Ive heard they're good according to some people, and crap according to others, but i need first hand experience.

I've really been looking at these Typhoons (link below), but sometimes i have really...odd taste, so what looks good to me looks shitty to everyone else.

All i want is a good looking japanese wheel with a nice polished lip, in 17 or (preferably) 18, is that so hard to find?

When I get wheels for my s14 that is what I'm buying. I first saw them in SCC like five months ago and have wanted them ever since.

s14 LE and SE have 5 lug wheels. The base has four. I'm not sure about the s13.

Typhons are ugly IMHO. but then you buy wheels you like. Not ones I like.

5Zigen has cool wheels though. They are good quality. My Heifelds werent the cheap knockoff 1 peice wheels you can buy now. 5Zigen wheels are quality IMHO. My s13 wheels had a problem witht he lip pealing. But I was told thats been fixed.

I got my one wheels on the s13 from Autoimaging for a good price.

The only problem is they make really heavy wheels, like those heidfelds are like 24.3 pounds a piece... that is one of the heavier wheels out there for our cars.

West? are those just 300z brakes up front... cause those look freakin great.

I just got my typhoon wheels two weeks ago. I got the gun metal ones. They look bad ass! They got some sick ass lip (deep dish) on them. Definitely recommend for any one who owns an s14. I own a white 97 240sx. Will post pics soon.

Your are incorrect sir. My Heidfelds are the real 3 piece wheels, not the imatation 1 piece wheels. So they actaully wweight 18lbs for a 18x7 wheels. Oh and my wheels on the s13 only weight 18lbs too.

And those a Brembo 13.1" Brake Kit

Good. I didn't think that this infamous west would put something that heavy on his cars . They look sweets as hell and I just found a guy in montreal who sells 5zigen anything... so I will be looking. If you don't mind what did you pay for those REAL 5 zigens... and do they have wider than x7? I would have though that 18's would have been at least 7.5 or did you choose 7 to keep wieght down or something.
