I dont know much abour transmissions, but i have what i would imagine is tranny fluid leaking down the clutch fork, and outside the boot onto the tranny, its not leaking alot, also it looks like its leaking from where it connects to the driveshaft. Are these seals leaking that i could replace or should i just get a new tranny?

you can replace those seals..
and as for the fluid that is coming off of the clutch fork, it might be the little stud that the clutch fork sits on...there is a little seal on that too, so thats what i think might be leaking

it sounds like clutch slave cylinder...
except the fluid is coming from inside the bell housing and dripping down the fork
