Is there anywhere in Northern VA to practice drifting other than empty parking lots? I'd rather not have to worry about police rolling by and be able to push my car to its limit.

search SpiritJP on instagram. they do montly drift events at richmond raceway.

I used to live in NOVA and i had a few street spots, but i dont live there anymore.

Do you guys do smaller events? I saw that there were two or so beginner events you do in Richmond, but I would like to get as much time practicing as possible.

I saw that there were two or so beginner events you do in Richmond, but I would like to get as much time practicing as possible.There is a beginner clinic next weekend, but it's full. Pretty sure there will be more. But if you're looking for seat time the regular events are held to 30 drivers and you get more seat time than you could ever need in a day. Both of the last 2 events I got over 70 runs in.
