one thing i don't get, wha's up w/ the gap under the corner light on silvia conversions... I can't figure it out...

When you tighten the bumper support, if the bumper is not pushed up a little when securing the bolt that is used, you will get a gap similar to what he has pictured. Another reason may be that the headlight supports may be bent and out of shape, causing the misalignment.
