CARB sticker ?

Ok, so I can pick up an AEM short ram intake from this guy for a good deal, but he said it doesnt come with the CARB sticker.
Should I buy it and just keep my stock intake stuff for smog?
Or try to get a sticker somehow?
Or ...?

buy it..email AEM and see if they can send u a sticker

AEM also makes carb legal ones. yeah you can try and EMAIL or CALL AEM but it will take forever to get your damn sticker. we called a couple months ago and still no sticker so yeah. who cares about that damn sticker. just put it on and keep ur old shit too

i doubt they will give it to u if u say u bought it used.. so just say u bought a used car with it.. =D

I went to CARB's website and got an E.O. number and just gave the printout to the smog rep and he let it go. www.arb.ca.gov and then go to Aftermarket parts database click on it scroll down to where it says select device type and click on Air filter/Intake modification and manually search for Brand and vehicle. Hope that helps I just moved from georgia back home and my timing mark was bent. It passed the sniffer with flying colors but of course it wouldn't pass because of visual F*** that :spank:

i wont smog anything that doesnt have an actual sticker. you can easily print out shit and put an AEM sticker on another intake pipe. I say if you're too lazy to put your stinkin stock air box back on once every 2 years you dont deserve to pass.
