I got it lowered on wednesday, and just thought I'd post it up today. I installed a 1.8" Eibach Pro-Kit. My struts won't be going on for a month or two, I ran out of cash (tokiko=$500+). The struts are only a little over 3 months old (I have the reciept from the previous owner). The 240's suspension is SOOO easy!! My civic cuspe took me 5 hours to do new struts, and srpings; the 240 took me an hour to replace just the springs (which takes longer then raplacing both struts and spring because you have remove the spring from the struts)

lol. Yeah, it still sits pretty high. But it's only got like 3 inches of ground clearence. When I put the springs in, I could barely drive it off the lift at work. It takes about 2 weeks for springs to fully settle too. Especially on stock struts. It'll look better in a couple of days. I can't beleive how big the wheel wells are! It's crazy.

Just to let you know, those springs aren't going to "settle." Just be happy with what you got or get something else. BTW, that is waaaaay more than 3" of ground clearance. Did you measure that shit in a grassy meadow or something? I used to have those springs a little over a year ago so I know what I'm talking about.

Um, actually, I work at a suspension/brake/wheel shop, and my professional opinion along with that of everybody at the shop beleives the eibach manual when I quote it "Please allow the spings 2 to 3 weeks to settle to the final ride height specified: |1.8"|". I have installed these sames springs on my old accord and my civic, and the same is true with them. The springs are made of a much stiffer metal then stock, and are made to be very stiff, and give you a tighter ride, because of this, the metal takes a while to settle at it's final height.
