The 240 when I corner weighed it was 2600lbs with 4 gallons of gas and Azenis, way to heavy imo. I figured out a way to dump ALOT of weight...

Its a 1994 R. It should be around 2200lbs when I'm through with it.

nice!

If I would physically fit inside of a miata, I would have done this years ago. :(

I'm 6'1"....I'm just going to make it work. Seat is all the way back, fitting a helmet might be interesting though.

nice, I just got a 95 A package a week ago. Was getting too much attention from cops for the 240 with GT spec exhaust. Miata's corners like it's on rails.

Gonna hit up the canyons soon and see if it will hang.

Very nice choice for super light weight but watch out for those damn SUV's...

That blew doggie balls, I thought I was going to learn a few tricks to lighten my car. lol. anyhow nice car man. My friend drifted one of those off Decker canyon. it was funny. He lived , he was cool. I told him not to try and drift that car anywhere except a big parking lot. lol. Oh well, live and learn I guess.

no turbo? thats what the engine was orginally before they had to go and de turbo it. why not just source the parts from a junk yard and throw em on there for a bit more power?

yeah i drove a supercharged miata for a while at work when i was working on my car.
it was fast as shit...but what i lacked in penis size while driving that thing, made up for in nasty hp and speed.

yep, thats about what it looks like. My grandfather(lol stereotype) bought a miata when they first came out. I have driven it around on nice summer days, its a blast to drive, but my eye level is even with the top of the windscreen. I am 6'4" BTW.

I cry everytime I walk past a SM and realize I will never be able to run in a cheap racing class like that.

I feel your pain.. I too am 6'4" but I'm also 230lb. I don't fit in S2000's either.

i TRIED to test drive a turbo miata when they came out and... dang... the car has balls but i just didn't have room to operate in that sucker. when ya drive an RX8 directly after a mazdaspeed miata the 8 feels like a rolls royce.

OT? No, there are 240's in the picts!

You guys could fit in a SM with some thought to the seating layout. Barely..but it would work.

I like how close the console is to the driver in this car, very nice to just reach and touch buttons. Driving today with top down in the rain...you get funny looks from people. Under 70mph you get wet though.
