The paypal situation is an ongoing battle and we are diligently trying to resolve this in an efficient time period. If you guys want the email that we sent paypal please feel free to email us your address and that will show our proof , that we are not scammers, Honestly if we were going to scam someone wouldnt it be for more than $250. It is never worth it or that. One person is ranting on all these forums, he just cant not understand what we are saying , all he can say is SCAM SCAM, when he resubmitted payment to us via a credit card, after the paypal incident. so if we were scammers I ASK WHY DID HE DO THAT? You are who you are and please quit providing useless information to these members, please get a grip and a girlfriend, NO ONE IS TRYING TO SCREW YOU.

here's the thing... I've read everything about the situation carefully, and whether or not it's paypals fault that the money is stuck is not the problem. The problem is, YOU- BOOST EVOLUTION, made yourself a scammer by making yourself hard to get into contact with, lieing about sending out people's parts, giving fake tracking numbers, and lieing to paypal by giving them the filter tracking number. That makes you a scammer.

Don't turn this around on us, be smart, accept that it is your fault, otherwise you will dig yourself a deeper grave(is that possible?) and won't ever be able to sell to the 240sx community.

i won a whole fuel kit from them on ebay, the auction said Paypal and his paypal is cancelled. he asked me to call up with my CC# but no one ever picks up... also i am worried abt giving "some guy" my credit card # over the phone unless he was a big company like JC Whitney or even Enkuki cause i heard good things for many years about them but not some "random guy".... he did not leave me a negative feedback, but he had no right to cause i did try to pay him on an option he stated... i did not leave him a negative because i did not want him to give me a negative, although i believe i had every right to since he violated ebay policies. i would not do business with him after reading this stuff and knowing they never pick up their phones

one of the employees i talked to online was cool but i think it is the owner who isnt all together with his shit

I have a close friend who is still waiting for a product that was paid for from B.E. Until he, along with the others, have been taken care of I would be hesitant to send money to this seller. This is based off of what I *know*, not what I've *read* from the forums...
