Have a 1990 240SX with an RB20DET swap, I pulled the CAS to clean the valve cover and timing cover, notice some resistance in the way the cas turned, put car back together after cleaning and now car not starting at all, cas is the only thing i touched, is CAS bad? or is it possible that a fuse blew or something when I unplugged the cas (It was sprinkiling)

Pull the cas turn the key on and spin it slowly. You should hear the injectors and coils fire. Also look inside the cas and make sure the key is in it. It lines up with cam and spins the CAS.

I will be pulling it back out tomorrow, I'm thinking I may not of realigned the shaft of the cas propperly, didn't think about it until just a little bit ago, but i will check that as well thank you
