Just thought I'd post pics of the intercooler I got last friday. It comes with mounting brackets and fits perfect. There is enough clearance so no modifications to the bumper support. The core covers nearly 100% of the air dam opening. Garrett core and dimensions at www.boostdesigns.com. It looks kinda small but it's rated at 375 hp at 85% capacity.

take some pics of inside the core if you can. looks similar to the one i want.
EDIT: Just went to their website and they have lots of goodies for the KA. Can you US more about them? I've never heard of them before. Maybe you can get them to come onto the site and speak forthemselves. Just an idea.

The man behind it is really really busy. I've talked to him on the phone a couple of times for a few hours. He is really involved (sponsors) on www.ka-t.org . I will tell him about this forum but he probably won't have the time to stay active. He has actually given a manifold to the owners of ka-t.org and I have purchased the intercooler, manifold, and dp. I can't get any pictures right away cause I'm at school during the week. The manifold and dp came in yesterday and my dad said they look pretty good so I'll post pics as soon as I get home.

I want to know how they get away with those prices on "Garrett" turbos.
