Yikes! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'> Where did you find those wheels? Even though they will fit DIAMETER-wise, they should stick out quite a bit from under the fenderwells! On a 7" wide wheel, you should be looking for more around the +35 offset...that will give you more of a "flush" look.
Good Luck! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cool.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

How far you think they will stick out? They fit on an AE86 pretty well and I know AE86 is not as wide as the 240s.
Here is what they look like:

It doesn't matter how WIDE the car is, only thing that matters is the difference in the distance from the outer plane of the brake to the inner lip of the fender...
I am pretty damn close as far as the flush look is concerned, and I run 17X7s in front with a +32 offset, and 17X8s out back with a +35 offset...
Good Luck with whatever you do! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cool.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
