ok...so i installed a sweet looking kouki spoiler on my trunk a while ago...but now when i use the trunk release the trunk doesnt float to the upmost position like it did w/o a spoiler on it. not a big deal, but i was wondering if anyone knew a way to tighten the bars the open the trunk so that itll float open w/ the heavier spoiler on it :drama:

They're not adjustable. Buy a set of SE tension springs, the base models are not designed to hold the extra weight.

I don't think my pops up either. Not that I care.
Yeah, same happened to mine, S13, soem douche put a spoiler and it wont even pop.
It bounces really bad, im gonna try adjusting that weather seal but it kills me!

Alot of the later Kouki's didn't have the uprated springs with the Spoiler. Just take them off and bend them.

The OE K's spoiler comes with uprated springs if you buy it new.
