Hello to all the members of Zilvia.net.
First and for-most may we wish you a happy new year for 2018 and all the nest in health happiness and business for the year ahead!
Direct from our Auto Portal team here in Osaka, Japan we'll be applying our premium advertisers account so that we can offer you all the best parts and prices direct from Japan to your door.
A little about us..
Since 2006 we've been mainly executing in the car export business and we're still doing amazingly well in that market shipping some 750+ units per month from Osaka and Tokyo ports to other continents via RORO, so glad we could help so many people find new cars..
For some time we've accepted general email in and contact to provide parts at the best prices to customers abroad also - but as we approached the last two quarters of 2017 we've decided to start working on making this part of our business much more accessible to everyone abroad..
It is going amazingly well so hence us jumping on board with you all at Zilvia so we can offer our super competitive pricing to you all..
We've started to try and brand more on social media platforms as not many Japanese companies have done this, so in time please see our FB / IG and other platform and presence grow and we you stay all alongside us as this happens..
There is just so much information to get through and so many makes and pricing we need to show to you all, but it's going to be fun and we're going to enjoy supplying as much as we can to all of you.
On a more formal matter, we understand with so so many companies and names out there in the competitive field it's tricky to understand whom can offer you the best.
Autoportal.co.jp is our site (albeit please - we apologize - a new more polished version is being made at present) and to have a .co.jp suffix for your website in Japan your business requires a Toukibotouhon certificate which basically states you are a registered business of which we are an Co, Ltd entity.. Anyone and everyone can register .com or .net so this is another way you can ensure you're dealing with the best here in Japan.
Most of the items we sell can be sent via EMS, SAL, and Surface option so we can work with you get the best service for your need of budget and speed.
We also have access to not only car auctions, but Yahoo auctions too, so if your budget doesn't allow for new items then we can find used or super rare items for you also and have those sent out for you.
Everything including all the details on how to buy whether it's new or through auction will become more clear as look to post more once our account is fulling up and running here on the Zilvia site but wanted to give you all a little more about what we do.
Thank you so much for taking the time in reading our first post and hope to be able to connect with you all so much more in the future.
Kind regards,
Auto Portal.

Haha I like the part where “.co.jp” is a highlight about your business.
Hella jdm dude
Tl:dr for everyone else: more third party brokers offering their auction services. But they registered for .co.jp so obviously they like Japan too.

Hello all,
A search of the address and our business here in Osaka, Japan shows we are an Co, Ltd company so since 2006.
Our pricing for Auction commission and such is relatively market comparable to other services from others doing the same business model.
In regards to .co.jp it was just worth the mention as it may help in regards to others using companies in Japan and wondering as to what level they may be at.
Not everyone wishes to use .co.jp, but you can only obtain that if you business resides in Japan and follows check to obtain the right certification.
We want to explain that so people know they will be using a legitimate source company as opposed to some let's say lesser standards of quality.
For example our JUMVEA reg:

Any questions as such, we'll be happy to help.
Once we've our full sellers rights on the site here, we'll advert alot more you to make it easier to follow.
Kindest regards for the replies so far.

Find the part you want on YAJ or UpG and email them the link etc. Pretty standard, until they get their new website up as stated in the OP.

Hello Jumpman,
How are you?
In our Signature please see our two links.
Our T-Cert allows our Co, Ltd (as with all Japanese companies) to own one .co.jp domain so for car auctions and export for dealers we will continue to use autoportal.co.jp as we have since 2006.
For APRA (Auto Portal Racing) and it's other other area of business, you can see the developing site at apra-jp.com
This will include parts (we are adding the more every day) and other business such as our custom tours, container service, etc.
We can can get more maker and parts and great pricing so please contact us if we can help in anything at all.
Kind regards,
Auto Portal.

Somewhat overpriced, but it may have just been my experience. It really is cheaper using Buyee or Jesse Streeter. Again just my 2 cents..

Care to elaborate a bit on your experience?
Size of item?
What was too expensive? The fees or the shipping?
Isn’t commission only 7% for these guys?
Not calling you a liar by any means because I have yet to use auto portal, I just have a hard time believing they are more expensive than Buyee and finding success.

Hi All,
Yes our commission starts at 7% with a minimum charge of 1,500 Yen.
The case in point was a high estimate on shipping, but we do weigh all goods on arrival to our office so we can then give all shipping options and prices which in most cases will be cheaper.
It is better for us to over estimate the shipping, than to say cheaper so then you are facing pacing much more than originally expected.
If anyone has any questions, you can reach us and we will be more than it is happy to answer your needs.
Thank you.

Auto Portal.

Seems pretty normal to me.
The 1500¥ minimum is a tiny bit higher than I’ve seen but if you’re upwards of 20k yen, the 7% rate should be beneficial compared to streeter.
Seems like an even trade off if you are bidding on a larger/more expensive item. Especially if you might not win (considering AP only asks 50% down to bid.)

This I do understand, but when you do this it deters me from wanting to move forward.

I inquired on a pedal set, including a clutch, brake, and slave cylinder for my Toyota. Listed price was around $114 I think, and they told me about 20,000 yen estimate to ship it. I ended up getting all three items separately (pedals $31 each and slave was around $14), then having Buyee consolidate the parts into one box, and only paid $85 dollars to ship. Which arrives this week thank you :)
Again...this was just my experience. I recently purchased an item through Jesse Streeter, still waiting for it to arrive and to see my bill. I can update another thread with that once it arrives. Not trying to say they have bad service, but the over priced shipping estimate* is what led me to look elsewhere.

Hello,
Truly understood.
We are happy to consolidate items too if you need to buy from multiple seller.
Should you need anything in the future and require this service we'll be sure to help in this situation.
As long as your car has the goods it need to run smoothly and look great then that is best thing for everyone.
Have a great day and we'll be happy to hear from you if we can help in future!

Hmm yeah Buyee isn’t too bad for small items but without playing devils advocate too much, Buyee slips their no-minimum commission rate into your bid conversion so it’s easy to miss. Each item was likely 300-700 yen per auction, plus the 1000 to consolidate. (Equal or more than AP)
I wouldn’t let the 20k estimate scare you off forever. Most places won’t even offer a shipping estimate due to the fact they could be wrong.
Again, never used AP but I would assume that number would go way down.
Buyee will not offer estimates even when inquired for.
It only takes one larger item out of their dimensions limit for shit to get waaaay out of hand.
Luckily they offer the option to ship to a local Japanese address, but if you don’t have one, I wouldn’t bother with large items.

Hello,
Yes we also ship large items, such other 3rd party platforms, some do not.
Example is Zilvia user (CrimsoRockett) we ship his S14 aero to USA.
Container is okay, we can send to USA, Europe, Australia, and some other destination.
It is good to have options.
Best regards,
