maybe I should have specified how I just got this thing running and didnt quite have money for fans lowering and all that shit, (actually I ordered the C&R with spal fan and all that crap but they called me and were like yah they dont make those anymore) so I guess consenses is I get the rims and coilovers, cause if I get rims Im getting coilovers, just didnt know If I wanted to do that shit yet. also If it was gonna be a sleeper I would take care of the IC but anyway you cant even see it without crouching down. btw I hope you dont think those are rims, they are wheel covers.

o should have came before the sr? must be one of those all show no go mods u ricers like. a good suspension is very important, but id rather get a motor running before wasting money on suspension then realizing my sr is totally fawked and having a 240 with 2k in suspension mods and no motor. U FIRST DO THE MOTOR, then everything else. u can live with a stock suspension, unless mjj is a hardcore drifter like yourself ma'm. the only way to semi redeem yourself will be with you in your 240 doing about 70 and a nice brick wall.

Nothing about being "JayDeM TyTe" Props to him for doing the swap... BUT, those WHEELS are nasty! I'm right there with him, not a lot of money. But you do stuff in steps.... Do suspension, then wheels, Pull those hubs off and have steelies or something. I would NEVER EVER have an open fan like that. No matter how many zip ties you have, I would NEVER have it open like that.

Screw the haters, our cars look identical mjjstang (paint color and all). I was already satisfied with the way the 240 handles. Sure, it can be a lot better, but the one main thing that I wasn't happy with was the power. I'd rather spend my hard earned $$ on something i'm unsatisfied with first. Then again, i'm an all-go no-show kind of person. I care more about how the car drives than what it looks like (I don't give a $hit what others think).

Whoever thinks there is a specific order of modifications that should be done with your car is a dumbass. To each his own.

The great thing about the S13 is that everything can be done in stages and still be relatively affordable. Now that you have the SR, the stock wheels, tires and suspension are obviously showing their age/limitations: I currently have blown original shocks in the back w/ half-bald dry-rotted snow tires and it's SCARY to drive the car on hilly/windy back roads...

Good luck on the work in progress. Keep us posted, I'd like to see it come together (I think my car is going into mod hibernation for the winter).
