Thought some of you guys might be interested in a very cool bike of mine.
I have up for sale my 1980 Yamaha SR500. This motorcycle was fully customized by Moto Goro in Japan, an SR specialist shop. Only the best in Japanese aftermarket and custom parts were used (Nitroheads, WM, Daytona, etc.). The shop is closed now (the owner passed away), but it used to be featured on their Japanese website. Definitely one of the nicest SR500's stateside. This is not a garage build, it was built in Japan at a shop and imported over. The fit and finish of everything is top notch. Looks fantastic and rides amazing. It only has around 4,000 Km on it.
I purchased the bike from the original importer/owner, sold it to a friend, and then bought it back. I barely ever ride it, and would like to focus on some other pursuits, so I'm reluctantly putting this bike up for sale even though I know I will regret it later.
Clean CA title, recently paid registration, ready for transfer. I would like to sell it for cash, but if you have something of equal value, I may be interested in trading (especially if you have a near stock 240SX).
